Brock Johnson has nearly 20 years of experience in asset-based lending (ABL) across both bank and non-bank markets. He joined Oxford Finance in 2025 as Managing Director, with responsibility for leading traditional and enterprise ABL underwriting, portfolio strategy, and credit risk management.

Prior to joining Oxford, Brock was a senior underwriter and investment committee member at Ares Commercial Finance, where he structured and executed complex ABL transactions, including experience in structuring international, cross‑border facilities, while also gaining notable workout and restructuring expertise. He began his career at Foothill Capital (the predecessor to Wells Fargo Capital Finance), completing a rigorous credit training program that provided the foundation for his expertise in ABL. At Wells Fargo Capital Finance, he went on to hold senior roles in field examination and underwriting, as well as worked in portfolio management, developing deep expertise in structuring and managing tailored ABL solutions across a wide range of industries and client needs.

Brock holds a B.S. in Finance from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
