Charles Boyle has over 21 years of experience in specialty finance and banking focusing primarily on asset-based, real estate and leveraged financings in the healthcare, security and technology sectors. Charles joined Oxford in August 2024 as a Senior Director on the Healthcare Real Estate and ABL portfolio management team.

Prior to joining Oxford in 2024, he spent five years as the Head of Portfolio Management of Sector Financial Inc. where he oversaw the management, operations and monitoring of a +$3B portfolio of real estate, asset-based, rediscount and leveraged financings to companies in the healthcare, technology, security alarm, government contracting and commercial and consumer finance industries. Before his time at Sector Financial, Charles was the Head of Underwriting and Portfolio Management of the Security Finance Group within the Financial Institutions Group at Capital One Bank. He began his career at CapitalSource Inc. where he held several portfolio and underwriting positions on the healthcare and specialty business team.

Charles holds a B.S. in Finance and Management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
