Chris Herr has over 20 years of lending experience and has been a member of Oxford’s senior management team since 2016.

Before joining Oxford, he established the Western operations for Charter Financial, which provided financing to venture-backed, life sciences and technology companies. Previously, he had been co-founder and executive vice president of Coghill Capital Management.

Chris is currently a board member on several privately held companies. He holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from the London Business School.
