Joe Somerset has over 25 years of real estate, ABL and leveraged lending experience. Before joining Oxford in 2010, he spent seven years with CapitalSource originating, underwriting and managing complex debt financings for a diverse portfolio of companies, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, service providers and real estate owners. He also held various underwriting and portfolio management positions with GE Capital and its predecessor company, Heller Financial.

Joe received a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University and an M.B.A from Wake Forest University.
