Nick McDearis leads traditional ABL and enterprise ABL originations for Oxford.

Nick brings nearly 20 years of principal investing experience. Prior to joining Oxford in 2025, Nick was a Managing Director at Ares Management, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and executing middle-market sponsored and non-sponsored senior debt investments. Prior to Ares, Nick held leadership positions at Monroe Capital and AloStar Capital.

Nick holds a B.B.A. in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Georgia and serves on the board of the Atlanta Turnaround Management Association.
