Rafal Rydzewski brings over 15 years of experience in leveraged finance and principal investing. He joined Oxford in 2026, after spending eleven years at Abacus Finance Group, where he led structuring, underwriting, and monitoring investments in lower middle-market companies across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, business services, software, and technology.

Earlier in his career, Rafal was an Analyst with BNP Paribas’ Merchant Banking Group and began his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global Structuring team.

Rafal holds a B.S. in Financial Economics from Binghamton University, graduating magna cum laude, and is a CFA® Charterholder.
