Tim Bernier has over 20 years of private credit and principal investing experience. Prior to rejoining the Oxford team in 2015, he was Senior Vice President and Regional Underwriting Manager at Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Previously, he was an early contributor to Oxford’s private credit practice from 2010 to 2013, and held various positions at Saints Capital, where he was responsible for investing, sourcing, structuring and managing transactions in technology and healthcare. He began his career at Deutsche Bank in the investment banking division covering technology companies.

Tim is a CFA® charterholder and earned a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University.
